Where are you based and do you travel?
I live in Solihull in the West Midlands but am always happy to travel anywhere in the country. My travel costs are included in the published prices for weddings within a 50 mile radius of Solihull. If your wedding is taking place outside of this, we will need to discuss additional travel costs and include possible hotel arrangements. When it comes to international weddings, flight and hotel costs would also need to be discussed.
How long do you stay at our wedding?
If you purchase the all day package, I will be there all day, from preparations straight through to your first dance.
Do you offer wedding albums?
We offer a variety of different albums styles and can tailor them to your needs. These come at an additional price and can be purchased while booking or after the wedding if you wish.
How can I secure my wedding?
Once you’re happy to book I will send you over the contract to fill out and sign and also a details form. You will be asked to pay your non-refundable booking fee, which is 25% of the total. This is to completely secure the date. Without the fee & signed contract, the date will only be held for 7 days before the date becomes available again, so try be as quick as you can.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash or cheque is fine, but the easiest and most convenient method is online banking. You’ll get these details when paying your non-refundable booking fee. Whichever way you pay, i’ll send you an invoice to keep for your records. At the moment I’m afraid I do not accept credit cards or payments made via PayPal.
Are you insured?
Yes, absolutely. I have professional indemnity & public liability insurance.
When will I get my photos?
For weddings, I like to make sure that all your photographs are processed fully and I edit them individually instead of batch editing. I aim to deliver your fully edited images within 4 – 6 weeks of your wedding date.
Can I print the images myself?
Yes, all the packages come with printing & sharing rights, meaning you can print them wherever and whenever you want. But remember the copyright always remains with me, which means you don’t own the images (i.e. you can’t sell them or claim them as your own!)
