Tutbury Castle Wedding Photographer | Helen & Simon
I was so pleased when Helen & Simon asked me to be their Tutbury Castle wedding photographer.
The wedding ceremony was in the magnificent Great Hall, which is steeped in history.  Apparently this is the room where King Charles first stayed in the Civil War.  Following the ceremony, Helen and Simon took part in an open air romantic medieval handfasting ceremony, which including jumping the broomstick to symbolise the sweeping away of their old lives and onto a new life together.  Festivities continued with drinks, whilst listening to a great orchestra overlooking the castle grounds.
All in all a lovely day!
